A fine dry course provided for a fast PSUK National Cross country Championships in S Wales. Our men's team retained the minor counties third place from 2009 while the ladies triumphed big-time, taking first place for the whole UK. Jerry wandered in mid field, 111th out of 268 men's race finishers (18th in the veteran 45-49 old codgers class).
